Patriots cut James Ihedigbo, Brian Hoyer, Dan Koppen, Deion Branch
These are some what surprising and I expect to see them all sign elsewhere.
Watching this pre-season I expected the Patriots to try to trade Hoyer. Maybe they tried and no one was interested.
Branch was a surprise but mostly because of Jabar Gaffney. I expect two of Branch, Stallworth, and Gaffney to get cut, but like I said, Gaffney was the one I expected to make it.
Koppen was most surprising to me. Especially with the line looking atrocious during the preseason.
