The situation appears to be very grave. I hope the Mets push cancer research throughout the 2012 season with fans in New York and everyone visiting Citi Field. They can help make a huge community impact. My all-time favorite player is dying of brain cancer. If you have room in your thoughts for someone, the Kid is certainly someone who deserves them.
